Disordered eating is a term used to describe a wide range of abnormal, unhealthy eating behaviors but don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you have an eating disorder! It includes behaviors like binge and emotional eating, cutting out entire food groups, feeling stressed about counting calories, guilt, shame, or anxiety around food, chronic yo-yo dieting, hyper-focus on weight or poor body image.
