Bradley S is a competitive, avid cyclist. A diligent food tracker prior to TNT Nutrition, Bradley came to Shelby to get help fine tuning the details to help him lose more weight and in 8 weeks Bradley lost 17lbs! Coaching calls, food log review, Q&A, and goal setting is what helped Bradley reach his fitness goals.
Army Veteran Justin P’s success didn’t come right away. We manipulated his calories, carbs and saw some progress which was great, even threw in Some mindful eating consulting to help find more balance in his off season, but then progress slowed and it seemed like there was a disconnect between him and his food for in season. To keep him mentally positive and on point while dialing in for jujitsu tournaments we incorporated a ketogenic diet, something we don’t normally resort to, and it just seems to really work for him in many ways. He is now down -25lbs! The success was due to some amazing teamwork and constant listening, adjusting, and monitoring.
Shortly following his success Justin was picked up by the nationally recognized WE DEFY Foundation, a veteran-driven organization that provides combat veterans suffering from life-disabling injuries and/or PTSD a long term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness training.

Working with Shelby has literally been game and life changing for me. I started with Shelby 4 competition seasons ago and she has fostered my progression as athlete. In just 4 short seasons she has managed to take me from a last place finisher (first NPC show) to placing 3rd at a National level show. Each year we have shown significant aesthetic progress and the progression is noticeably demonstrated in our competition placement (last place NPC Max Muscle, 2nd Place NPC Gladiator, 1st Place NPC XCALIBUR Cup, and 3rd Place NPC Universe Nationals 2018).
Working with Shelby has been a catalyst to achievements we could not even envision 4 years ago, largely due to issues that I face with LUPUS. Shelby is always on top of my health and takes the initiative to research and apply options (healthy options) that will enable us to defy the odds with this sport and achieve overall health/nutrition goals. Shelby has demonstrated her commitment to my health and progress as an athlete. It is because of Shelby’s practical knowledge and application of the sport (as she is fa retired IFBB Pro) and the science she places behind custom nutrition plans (as she has earned multiple degrees and certifications in nutrition and personal training) that I am able to pursue my FITNESS and Pro Athlete Goals.
Shelby we have come such a long way. It really pays to allow time for change (no instant gratification here) and to trust the process. You are more than coach to me. We are family. I am grateful for you and I appreciate you where you have taken me.
Shelby was extremely helpful and supportive. She has the latest methods for dieting, and truly does care about the health of her clients. She makes sure you are as nourished as possible while doing a contest diet, and will guide you to success. Come to her with an open mind, as her techniques may be different than what you are used to. Shelby is also a person with great integrity and honesty. She knows her stuff.
Max Roth meant serious business when he came to TNT Nutrition. A once 250 lb bodybuilder, Max decided to he wanted to feel better, lose weight, and improve his health. He lost 56lbs on his own, and the final 20lbs in 8 weeks with TNT Nutrition! He needed assistance taking out the guess work when it came to organizing his vegan diet. He claimed he wanted to keep things as simple as possible. His preferred foods were taken into account and a personalize plan was developed for him and the rest is history!
TNT Nutrition is an endurance athlete’s partner in performance; training doesn’t work without proper nutrition. Shelby is a pro in keeping my body fueled during grueling training sessions and carb loadingbefore a race. A well fueled muscle is a high performing muscle. She understands that I have enough on my plate with family, work, and training so I don’t have much time to research or guess my nutrition plan. She has it all laid out for me, all I have to do is follow it and focus on my marathons & triathlons. I cannot speak high enough of Shelby and TNT Nutrition, and recommend her to all my fellow teammates and other runners & triathletes.
